Summary

EasyPeasy Einbürgerung ("the app") is a free, offline study app for the German citizenship test. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. Everything you do inside the app stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

None. We do not collect any personally identifiable information or usage data of any kind.

We do not ask you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email, phone number, location, or any other personal information.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only, using the operating system's standard storage:

• Your selected Bundesland (federal state)
• Your selected translation language
• Your learning progress (which questions you've seen, answered correctly, or bookmarked)
• Your app preferences

This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this data is erased with it.

3. Analytics and Tracking

The app does not include any analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind. We do not know when, how often, or how you use the app.

4. Third-Party Services

The app does not embed or connect to any third-party services.

The only network interaction occurs when you tap the "Buy me a coffee" button inside the app, which opens an external URL in your device's default browser. Once you leave the app, that external website has its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We do not receive any information about whether you visit that site or make a donation.

5. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for adults preparing for the German citizenship test. It is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no data at all, no data from children is collected either.

6. Permissions

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive permission.

7. Data Security

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no server-side data to secure. All data stays on your device and is protected by your device's standard security (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect, store, or process any personal data, there is no personal data for you to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You can clear all local app data at any time by deleting the app from your device, or by using your device settings.

Under the GDPR (EU) and similar regulations, you have rights to access and delete your personal data. Those rights do not apply here because we hold no personal data about you.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Because the app does not contact any server, we cannot notify you directly — please check this page occasionally if you'd like to stay informed.
